Recruitment page
A dedicated page for job vacancies and an application form that saves applications and attachments. Applications are sent to your email and are stored. The page is published as structured data, so the vacancy can also appear in Google Job Search without you having to pay for an advert.
What you get
- For open slots on your own page. The address stays the same, and you can add a new slot whenever you need to.
- Via the attachments to the application form. The applicant fills in their name, contact details and a free-form text, and attaches their CV and any certificates.
- Applications sent by email and saved. You’ll receive a notification straight away, and the application is stored in the system so it doesn’t get lost in your inbox.
- Structured data. Job details are entered in a machine-readable format that Google uses in its job search. It provides free visibility where people actually look for jobs.
- Open application. A separate form for those who wish to apply even if there are no vacancies. These often turn out to be the best candidates.
- Closing the booking. Once the slot is full, you mark it as closed. The page remains visible and states that the booking is no longer open.
- Appendix to the privacy policy. Applications involve the processing of personal data. Retention periods and deletion procedures are recorded in advance to ensure everything is in order should anyone enquire.
Why have your own website rather than just an advert?
A recruitment advert on job portals typically costs between 300 and 700 euros and remains visible for a few weeks. After that, it disappears. With your own page, every vacancy after the first one is free of charge; it remains visible for as long as you like, and applicants can see what sort of company you are in a single visit.
Portals are not out of the question either: they work better when the advert links to your own website. In that case, you pay for the visibility, but applications are sent to your system rather than the portal’s.
Who is this suitable for?
For businesses that recruit at least a couple of times a year: construction, transport, care, restaurants, shops, cleaning, manufacturing. Even if there are no vacancies at the moment — an open application allows you to build up a pool of candidates ready for when someone unexpectedly gives notice.

In demand
Does this guarantee visibility on Google’s job search?
No guarantees — Google decides for itself what it displays. However, structured data is a prerequisite for the site to appear there at all. Without it, there is no chance of that happening.
How long are applications kept on file?
The default period is six months, after which they are automatically deleted. This period can be adjusted. Without a limit, applications would accumulate for years, which is a poor starting point from a data protection perspective.
Can I view applications on my mobile phone?
Oh. You’ll receive a notification by email, and the entire application, including attachments, can be accessed via the site’s admin panel on any device.
How many open positions can there be on the page?
As many as you like. The price is a one-off fee, not per site.
The recruitment page is ordered as part of the website package. Return to your order or call 046 804 5468.
