Dozens of pages, multiple locations or product categories that need to be found separately on Google. In that case, the structure isn’t based on a list but on what your customers are searching for — and it’s planned before a single page is created.
The website needs to support multiple languages or communicate with other systems
Booking system, invoicing, customer database, map or product information from another system. Language versions that update automatically. These are coding tasks, the cost of which is determined once it is known what needs to be integrated with what.
The current website is up and running, but it isn’t generating any enquiries
The site was created years ago; the Google rankings are in place and must not be lost, and the content no longer reflects what the company does. The redesign is being planned so that the old URLs will be redirected and the rankings will be carried over.
Not suitable if you need a 5–8-page showcase website. In that case, you’d be paying for design work you don’t need — the business website package at €990 + €39 per month includes the same code and the same developer.

Workshop, site map, content plan and a fixed price. If the scope is extensive, the specification will be drawn up as a separate project (€490), the cost of which will be offset against the implementation.
Interactive demo of the structure and design
The actual site is at the test address, not the image. First round of comments.
Content, languages and systems
Texts, images, language versions and integrations are all in place. A second round of feedback on the finished product.
Publication
Old URLs are redirected, Google rankings are carried over, and analytics are enabled. The first 30 days are monitored and any necessary corrections are made at no extra charge.

Why does the price say ‘from’?
As the number of pages, languages and systems determines the workload, and this cannot be known before we discuss the project, the price range of €4,000–8,000 covers the vast majority of projects. An exact price will be provided in writing before work begins, and it will not change during the project unless the agreed content changes.
What does the price of €490 mean?
When the scope of work is extensive, we first draw up a written specification of what is to be built and provide a fixed price for it. The specification costs €490 and is fully refunded if you commission the project. If you do not go ahead with the project, the specification is yours to keep and you are free to take it to anyone else. For most projects costing between €4,000 and €6,000, the specification is included in our discussions and does not need to be provided separately.
How long does a bespoke implementation take?
Four to eight weeks from initial discussion to launch. A clickable demo of the structure will be available in the second week. The main factor affecting the timetable is how quickly you provide the content and feedback.
What do you need from me?
Around four hours for the whole project: a 30-minute discussion, a one-hour workshop and two rounds of feedback. Plus the logo and any existing text and images. We’ll write the text ourselves based on the interview, so you don’t need to write anything.
Will I lose my Google rankings when the old website is revamped?
No, not if the migration is carried out correctly. Old URLs are redirected to new ones on a one-to-one basis, content is migrated rather than rewritten from scratch, and Search Console monitors the migration for 30 days after publication. This is part of the implementation; there’s no extra charge on the invoice.
Is the monthly fee the same as in the package?
Price: €39 per month, VAT 0%. This covers a server in Finland, a domain name, email accounts, updates, backups and one hour of changes per month. If the website involves complex integrations or high traffic volumes, more comprehensive maintenance will be agreed separately prior to launch.
Can you also set up an online shop?
We can. The online shop is a standalone package starting at €2,900 + €69 per month, whilst a more extensive shop is priced in the same way as a bespoke website: a public price range, with the exact price confirmed before work begins.
What is the site like from a technical point of view? Information for the IT manager
WordPress, latest version, and a bespoke block theme written for it. No third-party plugins: forms, cookie consent, structured data, language versions and analytics are all built using custom code. Integrations are implemented between WordPress’s REST API and the target system’s own API. Server located in Finland, HTTP/2, images in WebP format, daily backups. The code belongs to the client and works on any standard WordPress installation.
